Love + Lead Leader Institute

For any leader, what is most important, is that we know Christ. In knowing Christ, how do we integrate that relationship into our daily work? The work that God has trusted us to do.

If we don’t understand and grow in our theology as Christian leaders, we will never reach our potential. When we do live and work at our potential, we can give our best to those we lead.

The Leader Institute exists to strengthen how we Love + Lead through Theological Thinking, Being Good At What We Do, Interpersonal Relationships, and our Mindset.

Twice a month, we will gather online. The first meeting of the month will be with your teacher for that semester. The second meeting of the month will be a leadership roundtable hosted by influential spiritual leaders. In-between weeks, interesting articles, podcasts, and other content will be posted to support the semesters topic.

Life is too short not to lead at our potential.

Love + Lead Through…

Semester 1:
Thinking Theologically

Leadership is spiritual. This semester we will gain a greater understanding of how our view of God and the Scriptures greatly impact the potential of our leadership. Leadership and our personal theology must work together.

Semester 2:
A Growth Mindset

The Scripture tells us “As we think, so we are.” - Proverbs 23:7. This verse affirms the importance of ensuring our mindset is healthy and in alignment with God’s purposes for our life. A few of the topics we’ll cover this semester are 3 Universal Laws of Thinking & Creating, How To Discover Your Thinking Wavelength, 10 Steps to Creating a New Belief, and Creating Cultural Innovation.

Semester 3:
Healthy Interpersonal Relationships

If we “move mountains” as leaders but our homes are not filled with the abundance of Christ, we will live in constant conflict. This semester we will review our work/ life balance, strategic ways to invest in our most important personal relationships, and specific topics on engaging our children.

Semester 4:
Being Good at What You Do

Here we will deep dive into the essentials of leadership with team building, conflict resolution, strategic planning, and execution.

Leader Round Table

The monthly Leader Round Table will provide opportunities to have conversations with influential leaders. There will be a specific topic per Round Table and ample time for discussion with the monthly guest speaker at the Round Table.
